Commission terms of serivce

when ordering a commission from me, you automatically agree to my terms of service

if you are unsure about something, feel free to ask!

› ordering

• all my commissions are currently being ordered on my ko-fi page at the 'commissions' tab;• Each client is limited to ordering a maximum of 2 commissions. you must wait until I finish all your commissions to order again (if my commissions are still open);• I reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel a commission for any reason, with or without explanation. if that's the case, you will be told;• I do not take deadlines or rush orders;• when providing references, please use clear and unshaded ones, otherwise I may decline or delay it;• be specific and detailed when providing info for your commission; extra references regarding it are acceptable if needed;
ㅤ• i'm open for artistic-freedom commissions, so feel free to give me it if you wish!• i don't mind making commissions private/anonymous and i don't charge any additional fee for them so, if that's what you prefer, feel free to let me know;

› payment

• currently, payments are made through ko-fi (with paypal) and upfront only;• for monetized content usage (streaming, v-tuber, thumbnails, etc) you must pay a 100% extra fee of the original price;• for commercial merchandising (stickers, keychains, posters, etc), you must pay a 150% extra fee of the original price;

› refunds

• I do not cover any fees on refunds. Since PayPal does not refund transaction fees, any refunds won't have these fees included or covered;• refunds are supposed to be requested before the drawing has started, otherwise, only a certain amount will be refunded depending on the current artwork's stage:
ㅤ• before starting >> 100% refund (excluding transaction fees);
ㅤ• Sketch >> 85% refund;
ㅤ• Lineart >> 70% refund;
ㅤ• Base colors/Flats >> 50% refund;• refunds are no longer given past base colors stage, emergency refunds may be considered in specific circumstances;• (semi) full refunds are given if I am unable to finish your commission;

› drawing process

• you will get notified at the moment I started your commission and I will keep you updated with WIP updates at each stage of the drawing;• make sure that everything looks the way you want, if i made a mistake with your commission (such as colors, markings, etc) don't be afraid to ask me to fix it!• I won't accept any more changes or fixes after the drawing is complete;• major changes may require an additional fee depending on the complexity of it;• you can access my Trello if you want to keep track of your commission's progress;

› delivery

• i don't have a specific working order for my commissions, usually simpler drawings are finished before more complex ones, specially if my list is full;• I am not a full-time dedicated artist so i don't have any specific deadlines for my commissions, it may varie a week or a month;

› copyrights / usage

• my commissions are for personal use by default (profile pictures, wallpapers, personal print, etc). any monetized content or commercial merchandising usage is allowed as long it's respectful fee is paid;• you may not claim my artwork as your own, trace over it, heavily edit it, or remove my watermark/signature;• reposting your commission is allowed as long as proper credit to my username “whi_itty” or any profile link of mine is clearly provided and my watermark/signature remains visible and unaltered;• my artwork may not be used for AI training, machine learning datasets, image generation systems, or similar technologies under any circumstances;• you may not mint, tokenize, sell, redistribute, or otherwise use the artwork in connection with NFTs or cryptocurrency-related projects;
